reason of full payment; and

4. To represent and transact official business with the Office of the Registry of
Deeds, Assessor’s Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other agencies in
connection with the cancellation of mortgage and transfer of Title.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
necessary, or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I/we might or could do if personally present and acting in person, with
power of substitution and revocation; and,
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my/our said Attorney-in-Fact
may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
