JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, ROBERT J. ARELLANO and EDISON R. TABULA, of legal ages,
Filipino citizens, both residents of Masi, Sta Teresita Cagayan, after having been duly
sworn and oath in accordance with law hereby voluntarily depose and say:
1. That we are duly elected barangay officials of Masi, Sta. Teresita,
Cagayan;
2. That we have personal knowledge to the fact that Jonathan Balboa and
Norlyne Javier Balboa were married to each other and as a result of such
marriage a child was born in the person of Renzo Recca J. Balboa;
3. That since year 2006, the above-mentioned spouses already started living
separately while Renzo Recca J. Balboa remained in the custody of his
mother Norlyne J. Balboa;
4. That Jonathan Balboa neglected his wife, Norlyne and his son Renzo
Recca J. Balboa;
5. That on July 12, 2020, Norlyne J. Balboa died due to cancer;
6. That Renzo Recca J. Balboa is now in the custody of Erlinda Javier,
mother of Norlyne;
7. That since 2006 Jonathan Balboa abandoned his son Renzo Recca J.
Balboa without providing any financial support;
8. That we are executing this Joint affidavit to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and to use the same for whatever legal purposes it may
serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT
I, RENZO RECCA J. BALBOA, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Masi, Sta.
Teresita Cagayan, after having been duly sworn and oath in accordance with law
hereby voluntarily depose and say:
1. That I was born within the valid marriage of my parents Jonathan Balboa
and Norlyne Javier Balboa ;
2. That since year 2006, my parents already started living separately;
3. That I remained in the custody of my mother Norlyne J. Balboa;
4. That my father abandoned and neglected me and my mother;
5. That on July 12, 2020, Norlyne J. Balboa died due to cancer;
6. That I am now in the custody of my maternal grandmother Erlinda Javier;
7. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
facts and to use the same for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
