To our equally dynamic public schools district supervisor and the chairman of the deputized team, Sir

Bert Serrano, to our very competitive school principals and member of the deputized team Sir Manny
Noleal of Pioduran West Central School and Ma’am Arlene Yanzon of Marigondon Elementary School ,
to the supportive head teachers and also member of the team Sir Ferz Moya of Cuyaoyao Elementary
School and Ma’am Minda Nogot of Dr. Sofronio B. Garcia Elementary School and to the two well trained
secretaries of the team Sir Junejay of Salvacion ES and Sir Jef Palacio of Panganiran ES, to my co
participants in this Demo Feast and to the different School heads,TICs and Teachers of Pioduran Wes t
District , Good morning.

Being part of the this one of a kind event is not a co-incident nor a destiny but by faith to showcase our
inner most skill in imparting of knowledge and inspire other teacher to do their career smoothly and
happily. We know the fact that being choosen to be a demo teacher comes with a big pressure and
responsbility. Some of us might refuse it but most of us who is being top take the risk and challenge
ourselves. This might be quite different but it is a fullfiling moment to do the work with smile in our
heart. The stories behind this demo is now part of our own story. Andyn yung mga panahon mayroon
tayong lutang moments, halos ilang araw ng puyat para lang mairaos ang demo ng maayos, Gumagawa
ng lesson plan at IM’s habang nakikinig ng virtual inset at iba pang reports na kinakailangan ng ating
departamento. Peru ang sayang dahil hndi tayo sinusukaan ng ating mga principal, head of schools,
katrabaho at kaibigan para lng maging maganda ang demo.. di man ito perpekto peru pag tulong tulong
at sama sama ..masasabi natin ay salamat Maayus kong naitawid ang lahat.. kaya salamat sainyong lahat
walang salita ang makakatumbas sa lahat ng tulong ninyo saamin..Iba pla talaga maging artista.. Kung
kaya, i can say that we can do everything without sacrificing our health with Gods grace and guidance.
This is us, this our real life situation , this our career and profession that is why we are called as heroes.
Full of sacrifice yet the story, the enjoyment, the love and respect ay hndi masusuklian ng kahit sino
man.

Let us keep in ou mind that a wise man said. “Teachers are people who start things they never see
finished, and for which they never get thanks until it is too late.” ― Max Forman
