Chapter I – Research methodology
In this I will concern following things such as

 Intro. to project title:- today performance appraisal is needed to


prevent grievances & in disciplinary activities in organization also it
also information to diagnose deficiency in employee regarding skill,
knowledge, determine training & developmental needs & to prescribe
the means for employee that’s why I choose this to study it well

 Problem statement:-
• To know performance appraisal system in organization
• How performance app. Helps to employee

 Objective of my research project: -


• To enhance effectiveness, potential, development & career
stretch of individual for the management to formulate HRD
programs & to meet the organization needs.

 Importance of my project : -
• Provides information about the performance ranks, basing
on which decision regarding salary fixation, confirmation,
promotion, transfer & demotion are taken

 Scope of study:-
• It has wide scope bcoz it has evaluation & development
approach & without this appraisal ineffective

 Methodology of study
 Sampling technique:- simple random sampling tech. going to use

 Sample size: - I fixed my sample size 100 people

 Data collection method: - primary & secondary data through


questionnaire & personal visit also using web site
Chapter II – Theoretical Framework
In this chapter I will study all theoretical study of this topic, also all aspects
related to performance appraisal system. I am going to collect data from
various books & internet search
Chapter III – Organizational profile
In III chapter I will give all details about selected Company i.e. Sbi
Company profile like

 Overview

 History

 Competitors

 SWOT
I am going to study all above titles to study in whole.

Chapter IV – Data presentations analysis & interpretation


I will analysis all data (Primary & Secondary) which is collected by sources
(questionnaire, personal visit & web site) & present this data by using various
charts (bar, line, pie etc.) & interpret it by using charts.

Chapter V – Findings & Suggestions


This is my real finding which I found after conducting my research project, after
making real & authentic study of all aspects & according to findings I will give
suggestions for improvement ( if necessary), Innovation as per employees choice
& demand.
