Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

Title of the Manuscript:

1. I herebyconfirm that I have read, understand and agreed to the submission guidelines,
policies and submission declaration of the journal.

2. I confirm that all authors of the manuscript have no conflict of interests to declare.

3. I confirm that the manuscript is the authors' original work and the manuscript has not
received prior publication and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4. On behalf of all Co-Authors, I shall bear full responsibility for the submission.

5. I confirm that all authors listed on the title page/ or in the cover letter have contributed
significantly to the work, have read the manuscript, attest to the validity and legitimacy of the
data and its interpretation, and agree to its submission.

6. I confirm that the paper now submitted is not copied or plagiarized version of some other
published work.

If any kind of plagiarism found in my paper, it will be solely my responsibility.


7. I declare that I shall not submit the paper for publication in any other Journal or Magazine
till the decision is made by journal editors.

8. For your consideration to publish this article, I grant the Legality Viability Law Research
Journal (LRJ) all copyrights for publication and republication and the rights to materials
translated anywhere in the world, in any medium now known or contemplated, or later
developed.

9. If the paper is finally accepted by the journal for publication, I confirm that I will either
publish the paper immediately or withdraw it according to withdrawal policies.

10. I understand that submission of false or incorrect information/undertaking would invite


appropriate penal actions as per norms/rules of the journal.

11. I confirm that upon acceptance of the paper, I will publish the paper (immediately in the
same publication round) by paying Article Processing Charges (APC), or withdraw it by
paying Withdrawal Fee.
