Dear Sir:
Greeting of Peace!
In response to Deped Order under No. 112, s. 2019 entitled National Teachers’ Month and National Teachers’
Day, San Jose Provincial High School strongly supports this celebration to pay tribute to our teachers.
Last year, our Teachers’ Day Celebration at Bravo Golf was indeed an exciting experience. Thank you very
much for giving us 50% discount.
For this year, the school decided to spend our celebration in your resort Munting Paraiso, Dauin on October 4,
2019 at 9:00-6:00 p.m. There will be sessions and team building activities to be conducted.
In this connection, the undersigned is asking once again your benevolence if you could give another 50%
discount again for our teachers.
Thank you very much for being part of our Teachers’ Day experience. More power and God bless.

Sir/Ma’am:
San Jose Provincial High School will celebrate its 14 th Founding Anniversary on December 11-14, 2019 with
the theme, “Creating Change through Culture and Arts”. This will be opened with a Holy Mass and will be
highlighted with the different activities such as the search for Miss San Jose Provincial High School,
Cheerdance Competition and Festival Dance Competition. This is a celebration of love and gratitude to God and
to the people who made a herculean effort in putting up the school.
The search for Miss San Jose Provincial High School is a contest for a cause. The proceeds of the said activity
will be used to put up a presentable stage in school where the whole SJPHS family can make use of it.
In this connection and in behalf of my SJPHS family, may I request you to be our sponsor on the said affair.
Your generosity is a big contribution to the success of our activity and our project.
Thank you so much in advance and may God bless you a hundredfold.
Respectfully Yours,
