 Preparation of Project QC Documents (Method Statement, Work Procedure etc.)
 Review and Approval of Sub vendor QAP, WPS-PQR & Testing procedure etc.
 Follow up to Client/Project team and Sub Vendor for Quality related activities.
 Raw material inspection and review of MTC, fit-up inspection, Weld Visual inspection, Final
inspection, Mechanical equipment’s inspection and Blasting & Painting Inspection.
 Witness of NDT tests (LPT, MPT, UT, RT etc.)
 Witness of Hydro test for Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Pressure Piping Etc.
 Rubber lining inspection of Sub Vendor Place.
 Radiography film interpretation of ASME Sec VIII Div.1, ASME 31.1, ASME 31.3, AWS
D1.1.
 Witness of mechanical test (Bend test, tensile test, Hardness test etc.)
 Preparation and Submission Final Dossier (Manufacture Record Book) to client.
 Contributed and actively participated in ISO certification audit works.
 Instruments Calibration Record Maintaining.

Steel Fabrication) in Oil and Gas Plant, Water Treatment Plants, Petrochemical plants, Chemical
plants, and Power plants.
