JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Linux Administrator (4.5-8 Years)
Location: Hanoi

JOB SUMMARY

 To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
 To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
 To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
 Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management,
Training fresher, coaching analysts
 To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and
minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory skills:

 Four to seven years of system administration experience


 Strong Knowledge on Redhat OS in both Physical and Virtual Environment.
 Knowledge on UNIX Shell scripting
 Excellent inter-personal and communication skills and Ability to work on multiple
initiatives and projects
 Excellent Troubleshooting skills on Linux OS. Able to handle most of basic User, group
management in AD, system start-up, service modification, Crontab Entries, file system
management.
 Sound knowledge on Enterprise networking protocols.

Certifications If Any

 Redhat Certified Engineer (RHCE)


 Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
