So, before we proceed to our

discussion let’s have first a
recapitulation.

Anyone who can tell about what you Yesterday we have discussed about the
learned yesterday? Yes, Lilian? meaning and characteristics of music. I have
learned that music is a form of art that uses
sound organized in time.

Very good! Let's give Lilian three claps. (The pupils clap their hands thrice)

we like, find interesting or dance to. Do Yes, ma’am!
you agree?

For today’s topic, you’ll discover more

and be energized. Are you ready?

2. Motivation

Now, we’re going to play a singing

game! Everyone kindly look at the
directions projected in front. I will read it
and please follow.

Game Directions:
One student is the “hider” and one is
the “finder.” The “finder” is blind folded
while the “hider” hides the Easter
Basket in plain sight (not under or in
something). The “finder” is blinded and
is guided to the basket by the loudness
and softness of the singing. If children
sing quietly he is far away. If the
children sing loudly, he’s closer.

Okay, is the instruction clear? Yes, ma’am!

Fantastic! I want Ciara Lou to come in (The pupil comes in front and pick two papers)

the names of the two pupils who will act
as the “finder” and the “hider”.

Thank you, Ciara Lou. So, the lucky

pupil who will act as the “finder” is
Jessamen, and another lucky pupil who
will be the “hider” is Angelica.
The game starts and the pupils sing the song
“Row row row your boat”

As you have experienced, the loudness

feelings. Like when you sing softly you
are just experiencing calmness, but
when you’re excited or nervous you
sing loudly. Even when Jessamen
found the basket you also raised your
voices because you experienced Yes, ma’am.
