Duties Responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with the requirement of the contract scope of work, technical
specification and contract quality plan.
• Initiate RFI/WIR after verification of activities to be offered for Inspection.
• Verifies calibration validity of measuring, Inspection and testing equipment prior to
use.
• Coordinate for the third party agency for required test.
 • Assisting the procurement material coordinator in the task of overseeing final
dimension checking.
• Reporting both verbally and in writing any non-conformance discovered.
• Reporting daily a descriptive of each day’s work.
• Conduct weekly QA/QC tool box meeting.

• Conduct surveillance inspection during the construction and report any deficiency and

respect to type, size and material identification.
