This manual is only applied to the standard configurations of our products. For
the special custom-made products, please read the attached instructions carefully.

This manual includes the description of the working principle, installation

method, operation, trouble shooting, transport, storage, maintenance and other
instructions.

If it is the first time using this machine, please read this manual carefully before
installation.

For quick and efficient using this equipment, the user should meet conditions as
below:
I. Users should have some computer professional knowledge, can operate related
editing and drawing software, such as Corel draw, Photoshop, Auto-CAD and so on.
II. The operator should have some optical knowledge and related
electromechanical device's maintenance knowledge.
III. Before starting the equipment, make sure this equipment's operation
procedure is known well and do accordingly.

As a result of the product function is continuously updated, the product you

Chapter ONE. Product Introduction

● Standard Voltage 220V, AC 50HZ.
● Machine should be placed in dust-free and no radiation environment, room
temperature is between 15 to 25 degrees.
● Adopts fiber laser source (fiber generator) to output laser, then through high-speed

scanning galvanometer system to fulfill marking function.

● The electro-optical conversion rate of fiber marking machine up to more than 70%,

compare with diode pumped laser marking machine, fiber marker owns the higher
beam quality.

5.1 Host Operation
Mainly divided into front and back operation interface
1. Front operation interface mainly consists of Emergency stop button, fiber laser power supply
and button.
Emergency stop button: Keep open. There is an emergency or failure occurs by pressing, to cut
off the main circuit

2. Back operation interface consists of double mouth plug, three socket inter face, 15 needle
port, USB interface, power master switch, Master power input port, the radiator.
3.Double heads interface: connect the pedal switch;
USB interface: Connect the signal wire, receiving the computer output signal
Power master switch: Connect the whole machine circuit and directly control the galvanometer
system circuit;
Master power input port: Connect the power cord to provide power supply for the host
Radiator: To disperse the heat generated by the host work, to cool the host
Rotation axis port: turn on the rotation axis, the fourth axle interface.

5.2 Operation step

Before operating preparations, open computer, plug in power line, Connect the
foot switch.
Note: The user’s that do not use our computer, Software installation, please refer to the
next section.
1. Open the computer, connect the power cord and connect the foot switch.
2. Open the power supply switch on the back end of the control box.
3. When the right turn stop switch, the switch will pop out; Press the laser power
switch to power the laser power.
4. Connect the machine and computer with the data cable.

6. then import the set of files, supporting documents including routine

DXF\AI\PLT, etc., which can realize perfect connection with OUTCAD and PS.

7. Adjust the corresponding parameters (eg, speed, frequency, power); The "use
default parameters" checked out. According to the material, the effect of using
different marking speed, power. (Specific reference fiber marking machine power

8.Focus adjustment based on good marking distance is between the object and

Chapter SIX. Fiber laser marking machine

software installation
Note: This section is suitable for the use of your own computer or replacement of the
device host.

Before the software installation

1.Open computer.

2.Use USB contact with computer.

3.Connect the machine to the computer by USB, and the computer may prompt "discover new

hardware".

Select "install from list or location", click "next", then click "browse" to select "USBLMC_

Driver" under the card driver folder, and click "ok" to install.

4.Put the CD-ROM software EzCad software copied to the computer hard disk drive.

5.Open the marking machine now.

Chapter Seven. Marking Machine Rotary Device

7.1 Rotary Device Installation

Firstly, put rotary device on worktable, clamp the work piece good, and
take a good motor interface of rotary device.

Note: This maximum corresponds to the plane of the marking surface, so this distance
between it and the lens is focal length.

7.2 Rotary Device Test

1.Make a mark in the material surface, follow below picture(Pic8.2) Operate

7.3 Rotate Text Marking

1.Rotate text marking is mainly used for marking text file types, enter
marking content, the contents were then rotated 90 degrees, good tune marking
power, speed.

Chapter EIGHT. Equipment maintenance and

common Maintenance

8.1 Equipment maintenance

1)Before marking please check , whether soft-dog have connect with computer，
signal line, power supply line whether connect stable.
2) Before mark, please check whether laser head cover take down. (is easy
broken cover, when finish need put the cover on the head)
3) Maintenance：
Galvanometer lens clean ：Use lens paper or swab touch medical alcohol to
clean. After alcohol evaporated completely, then can open light. Laser tube exit
(cathode) lens need swab touch medical alcohol to clean (common no need to clean).
The water of chiller need pure water and change it per 15days.

guarantee the smooth processing of after-sales service, we will make the following

warranty conditions.
2.Users must keep the machine's integrity and independence during operation. In
the following situation, our company will not take any direct, indirect or joint liability.
Furthermore, if any equipment is damaged or there are any losses in either economic
or reputation to our company due to the following situation, our company, reserve the
right to investigate any legal liability.
1) Using the equipment in an environment that it was not designed for.

2) Altering the machines privately, including, adding parts, reducing parts,

dismounting, using another brand's parts, etc.
3) Human damage or doing operations and maintenance without following the
requirements in the instructions.
4)Damage caused by movement or transportation.

Detailed Principles

1.Equipment Warranty: 2 years. Calculated from the production date in

machine’s nameplate. Specific details are as below:
2.Laser module Warranty:

1) RF Tube’s and fiber module’s warranty: 1 year

2) Standard CO2 Glass Laser Tube’s warranty: 40w: 4months; 100w ~ 150w: 12
months. Warranty of related laser power supply is one year.
3) Yongli Laser Tube’s warranty: 12 months. Warranty of related laser power supply
is one year.
(P.S. Laser module’s warranty date calculated from the production date in laser
module tag. CO2 Laser Tube is suggested to be used in nonmetal and opaque
materials’ engraving and cutting, and should be keep clean. Improper use will cause
the front lens to breakdown. Any breakdown of the front lens and an incomplete laser
tube will not be guaranteed.)
3.The warranty does not include consumable parts, such as glass mirrors,
switches, foots/wheels, mouse, filter sticks, key boards/press boards, etc.
4.Warranty of peripheral devices (if the machine has them):
Warranty of peripheral devices is 1 year, calculated from the production date in
the device’s tag. Maintained by device’s manufacturers as standard, Our company
assist maintenance. Peripheral devices including water chillers, fans, PC controller,
etc. (If the machine has them).

Accessories repair and shipping cost

Within the warranty period:

For free repair or replacement of accessories, the buyer should bear the shipping
costs from their local place to our company if it needs to tested, repaired or replaced.
If the failure cause by the parts quality after testing (nonhuman factors and use
environment etc.), it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and our company will
bear the return shipping cost. If the failure doesn’t cause by the parts quality, the
buyer should pay the repair fees and round-trip shipping cost.
(P.S. The repaired parts should be returned to our factory. if the buyer is in
arrears of spare parts, our company will cancel the warranty terms of the machine.)
Outside the warranty period:
The buyer should paid for repairs and round-trip shipping.

Door to Door Service Policies

Our Company supplies door to door services all over the world. Charging
standards and service processes are as below:
1. Charging standards：

1) Technician visa fees, domestic travel expenses (including transportation cost

occurred during handling documents);
2)Training and maintenance fees: $200/day/person（take the time of landing and
starting off of plane in customer’s country as standard）;
3)International round-trip tickets (reserved and paid by the buyer, and supply the
e-ticket information to our company);
4)Abroad accommodation (arranged and paid by the buyer)
2. Overseas training/maintenance processes:

1)Our company will calculate the fees of item 1 and item 2 above, and then inform the
buyer. After the buyer pays the fees, our company will arrange for the technician to
apply for a visa.

2)We will inform the buyer after the technician gets the visa. The buyer should supply
the round-trip ticket information mentioned above in item 3, and arrange

extension for the training and maintenance. The buyers should pay for the “extend
training and maintenance service fees” before the start of the extend service.
