Additional tests that AT&T can perform

For circuit problems, if AT&T finds no problems, please ask them to perform these tests as well:

Soft loop : A window is required from site contact, as this test is intrusive. When testing is finished,
always remember to get confirmation from AT&T that the loops are removed.

Hard Loop : This is intrusive. A window is required from the site contact as well as someone being
physically available at site to assist AT&T in building the loops.

PVC rebuild/IMA reset : AT&T can be requested to re-add the atm links in the IMA group and also reset
each atm interface by shutting them down one by one and bringing them back up again.
