Completion of an Individual Performance Development: Plan is required for any resident who is enrolled in the
anesthesiology residency-training program. The resident should fill this document bi-annually, after completing a self-
assessment using the ACGME-I Milestones.

During the Meeting with Advisor: both resident and advisor will review multisource feedback, and check resident’s
goals and objectives together, to remain relevant to areas of improvement, and check whether progress is on track. .
