Candidates applying for positions via Kentech website may be asked to voluntarily complete a
COI form. Candidates not using Kentech website to apply for positions, will be asked to
voluntarily complete a COI form. Candidates who decline to complete the COI form will be
reminded that, should they become an employee, they will be required to disclose any COI
they may have pursuant to the Code.
Candidates must provide a complete and accurate description of the situation and provide any
additional information that may be requested. Additionally, if there is a change to a previously
disclosed COI, Candidates must immediately provide an update by completing a new COI form.
Conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest must be avoided. A conflict of interest

department.

• Taking a second job working for a customer, competitor or a supplier while also employed
at Kentech.

Departments working for Kentech.
• Obtaining personal gain for self or family member by abusing position within Kentech or
accessing Kentech information.
• Engaging the services of a subcontractor whom you have a close outside relationship with.
• If you accept a gift from a supplier in exchange for business over other suppliers
The above is a non-exhaustive list of potential conflict of Interests. If in doubt, please speak with a
member of the recruitment team or hiring manager.
