God’s timing isn’t always our timing.

He may not work things out, the way we planned, but he is working
things out for better

This covid19 pandemic has really changed everything around the world. From Our basic routinely way of
living. The celebration of big events has suddenly shift to “new normal”

Today, our dear parents and their children who patiently waited, finally….it’s Over! Sta. Isabel High
School proudly presents, it’s 6 th Moving-up virtual ceremonies for this school year 2020-2021 with the
theme of
Strengthening Quality Education amid Covid19 Pandemic.

So, to start with, this most awaited event has never been made possible without The support of the
equally and highly esteemed individuals from the schools Division of Nueva Ecija led by the dynamic and
very supportive schools division Superintendent Sir Jessie Ferrer, the epitome of an empowered man
And our active schools district supervisor, Ma’am Noemi C. Sagcal And very young at heart school
principal, Sir Levy B.Hernal, other Distinguished men and women of the entire academic community,
colleagues, Members of the graduating class; the pioneers of the Sta.Isabel junior and senior academic
Program, proud parents, guardians, friends, ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant and joyous viewing to all!

To begin with, may we all put ourselves in the spirit of patriotism as we listen Our national anthem,
followed immediately with a prayer to be led by Joanna Saulo.

Let us also listen the Regional Hymn followed by Division and School Hymn.

It is overwhelming to hear words of welcome from our Grade 10 Maria Luisa Cabungcal. Let us give her a
virtual big round of applause.

Thank you luisa for that warm welcome to our viewers today.
May we also hear an inspirational message from our Municipal Mayor of Cabiao, none other than
Honorable Ramil R Rivera.

Thank you so much Mayor Ramil R.Rivera for that inspiring message to our viewers especially to our
completers today. Another Inspirational message will be heard coming from our Schools Division
Superintendent our very own Sir Jessie d. Ferrer Ceso V. lets give him a virtual big round of applause.

Thank you, Sir Jessie d. Ferrer Ceso V, our Schools Division Superintendent for your words of wisdom to
our viewers. At this point, Another motivational message will be delivered by our Public Schools District
Supervisor, let us give a virtual big hand to ma’am Noemi c. sagcal.

Thank you, ma’am Noemi c. sagcal, our Public Schools District Supervisor, for your words of
encouragement. And last in the line who will give an inspirational message today is none other the man
behind the success of Sta. Isabel High School, the very industrious and hard working OIC head Teacher
III, none other than Sir Levy B. Hernal. let us give him a virtual big round of applause.
And now, ladies and gentlemen, you are about to witness virtually the main Highlight of today’s event.
To do the honors of presenting this school year’s Candidates for completion, may we have on our
screen, sir levy b hernal, followed immediately by the acceptance, confirmation and her message, the
EPS in English Mam Ma. Checilia S. Bagsic. May We give them a virtual round of applause.

Finally, it is time for the harvest! Ladies and gentlemen, the moment for our completers has come! Let
us witness the distribution of diploma and certificates. May we have in screen the adviser of the
completers mam Angekica A.Casantusan.

Rest assured upon taking this pictures and video, the prescribed guidelines and
Health protocols by the IATF have been strictly observed and implemented. So here are the completers
from grade 10. Let us start with.

Today’s affair is not complete without being graced by a special man of Sincere service and action who
will deliver his words of encouragement and Wisdom. Let us give a virtual clap to our guest speaker
today Mr. Reynaldo Munsayac.
