Life consists of aspects, in order to feel fulfillment and
satisfaction in your lives. You need to focus on a certain
amount of time and attention on understanding, developing
and integrating each aspect within yourselves.

Read carefully each question and choose the letter of the correct
answer on a separate sheet of paper. (Individual work)

FACT OR BLUFF
Read each statements carefully and write FACT if the statement is true
and BLUFF if the statement is incorrect on a separate paper.
1. Adolescents’ thinking skills become more delayed when they start to think from
concrete to abstract terms and able to conceptualize theoretical ideas.
2. Adolescents rely more on their friends because they think that their friends can
understand them more than their parents.
3. Adolescents start to make their relationship with God stronger.
4. Adolescents did not change the way they feel, think about themselves and other
people around them takes place.
5. Adolescents know their ability to survive and thrive in the material world.
6. Developing your psychological level allow you to think clearly, remain open

3. Psychological development is where change in the way we feel about ourselves
and other people around them.
4. Social development is where the interaction to other people will development.
5. Spiritual development is where you start to make your relationship with God stronger.

After you determine the aspect that you want to develop. Try to choose one
or two goals for each aspect, and be sure to choose goals that are simple and realistic.
Then make a plan on to reach those goal and to manage your thoughts, feelings and
behavior.
