DEED OF ASSIGNMENT 

and TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

            This DEED is entered into this ____day of ______________ 2021 by and between:

Lebron Jordan, Filipino, married, and a resident of Makati City, hereinafter referred to
as the “ASSIGNOR”;

-and-

Korina Santos, Filipino, married, and a resident of Bacoor, Cavite, hereinafter referred
to as the “ASSIGNEE”;

WITNESSETH:  

  WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the buyer of a condominium unit at Taguig City, with an
area of (22.30) SQUARE METERS more or less, as evidenced by a Contract to Sell and a Real
Estate Loan with BDO Unibank, Inc;
 
        WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over the
above unit, as referred in said Contract to Sell and Loan Agreement and the ASSIGNEE hereby
accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms herein set forth;
 
        NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum
of PESOS: THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (3,300,000.00), PHILIPPINE
CURRENCY, which the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE,
the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and
interest to the aforementioned property and appurtenant interest in the Condominium project
pursuant to this Agreement and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the
assignment and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Contract to Sell and the
Real Estate Loan as well as the rules and regulations, and restrictions pertaining to the said unit.

            IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands this ___ day of
