students.
** Synchronous Online will be facilitated by the instructor on specified dates using Google Meet (For
those students who have selected Online as a learning delivery mode.)

Learning outcomes will be assessed using formative and summative assessment method.
2. Summative Assessment. Summative assessments are graded mode of assessment. This means
that your scores in these assessments will be included in the computation of your grade.
There are two types of summative assessment. The first one is the Module Post-Test. These
assessments are given after each module. It is usually presented as Google Classroom Quiz
Assignment. Points you have accumulated will be a part of your QUIZZES/ASSIGNMENT
grade (see Computation of Grades). The second form of summative assessment are the term
exams.
Requirements:
The student must have completed the following:
1. All quizzes and assignments submitted at the specified deadline.
2. Attended the class with at most 12 hours accumulated tardiness.
3. Took all the term exams with a passing mark. Remedial examination shall be given to students
who failed a term exam.
Computation of Grade
Each term in the semester shall have a weight of 0.25 and will comprise your final grade.
