Seeking roe in RM / PM, Engineering stores, Supply Chain management, Logistics – Inbound & outbound, Sales &
dispatch, warehouse management, Vendor development & rationalization, Procurement – Consumable, Capex,
Spares, Raw material, Packing material etc.

1. Procurement RM, PM, Engineering stores:


➢ Forecasting & scheduling procurement of material on regular intervals as required.
➢ Keeping close coordination with respective stakeholders for material ordering & maintaining
stock levels to avoid any production loss.
➢ Vendor negotiation and vendor development
➢ MIS maintenance of Open orders, pending material delivery & stock in plant to strengthen the
end to end supply chain system.
➢ Complying with all necessary standards & SOPs, keeping track of data & maintaining internal &
external audit requirements.

➢ Contract consolidation & cost saving by digitization of procurement module.
➢ Development & utilization of global negotiation tools to keep up to the mark performance in line
with business objectives.
➢ Maintaining stock levels considering MOQ, ROQ & other aspects to avoid any stock out situation.

2. Logistics management :
➢ Customer demand forecasting & scheduling vehicle placement by keeping close coordination
with all stakeholders i.e. marketing & operations team for timely dispatch of products.

➢ Physical stock checking in the warehouse.
➢ MIS maintenance of daily plan, backlog & additional placements to keep track of logistics
performance & identify hiccups, if any.
➢ Complying with all necessary VDSS standards for safer & zero harm dispatches.
➢ Keeping track of TAT for vehicle movement & taking necessary steps to reduce the same.
➢ Implemented auto invoicing & completely digitized system for logistics movement to avoid
manual intervention.
➢ Implemented TMS & SAP system integration to keep track of complete logistics process.
