Ingredients: 30ml Bourbon Whiskey

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and
strain into a Whiskey Sour Glass. Garnish with slice of lemon
in the drink

Note: Other whiskies, spirits and liqueur maybe used as a base for sours. If
liqueur is used, the gomme syrup content is reduced.

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rock glass with ice.

2 tsp. Water
1 cup Crushed Ice
Procedure: MUDDLED
Muddle the mint leaves, sugar and water in a highball glass.
Fill the glass with cracked iced. Add the Bourbon Whiskey.
Garnish with sprig of mint in the drink.

Ingredients: 30ml Bourbon Whiskey


15 g Sugar
2 or 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Dash Soda Water
Procedure: MUDDLE
In an old fashioned glass saturate the sugar with the
Angostura Bitters, add a dash of soda water,
muddle together to dissolve the sugar. Fill the glass with ice,

Allow the shaken ingredients to float over the 7 up. Garnish with slice of orange

Ingredients: 90ml Chilled Champagne


15ml Brandy
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1pc. Sugar Cube

Procedure: BUILD
Put the sugar at the Champagne saucer. Add the angostura bitters.
When the sugar is dissolve add the brandy. Then, fill the champagne and
brandy.

VIRGIN PIÑA COLADA

Ingredients: 1 Pony/30ml Pineapple Juice


3-4 pcs. Pineapple Chunks
1 Pony/30ml Coconut Cream
1tsp. /5ml Orange Juice
1T. /15ml Cream
Procedure: BLEND
Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Then, pour into a
goblet and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry on the rim.
