STRUCTURE A. Takes into account the welfare and education of the learners. B. Study ways and means of bringing up well educated, cooperative and perfectly behaved young citizens. C. Seek effective ways of developing each child’s potentials. D. Raise money to help both the running and the activities of the school. PTA E. Explain the roles of the school to the community, this is how teachers and community members come to a more harmonious relationship. F. They give their points of view to the teachers concerning academic improvement and moral standards. G. Help head teachers and their staff maintain effective discipline among their students. A. Participate in the development of the SIP B. Assists the school in installing the Monitoring and Evaluation System for School performance based on SIP and reports SGC accomplishments to the community and the department C. Generates resources to support implementation of the SIP D. Organizes committees to support the school head and staff in the implementation of the SIP SPG A. Planning 1. To support and to promote the ideals, principles, thrusts, and objectives of the SPG/SSG, the School, and the Department of Education 2. To ensure fair, efficient, and effective delivery of services to student body 3. To formulate and recommend programs that will address relevant issues and concerns of the students B. Implementation 1. To plan, to implement, and to enforce policies designed to protect and promote the student’s rights and welfare 2. To spearhead all DepEd driven thrusts, projects, programs, and activities of the SPG/SSG 3. To create committees as may be necessary to address the needs of the student C. Monitoring and Evaluation 1. To monitor and to evaluate the students’ activities in the school and in the community. 2. To monitor and to coordinate with the SPG/SSG COMELEC every election period. 3. To monitor and to coordinate elections of other recognized campus co curricular organization D. Student Representation 1. To serve as representative of the students in voicing their opinions, suggestions, and grievances • To make recommendations to school authorities regarding student matters, affairs, and activities • To act as Coordinating Council of all co-curricular organizations in the School • To participate in the crafting and formulation of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) • To recommend to the School Head the granting, renewal or revocation of accreditation of campus student organizations A. Organize social events, publish newsletters or magazines, and raise funds for the organization. B. Provide a variety of benefits and services that help alumni maintain connections to their educational institution and ALUMNI fellow graduates. C. support the parent organization’s goals, and to strengthen the ties between alumni, the community, and the parent organization. A. Promote the welfare of teachers. B. Foster harmonious relationship/ healthy environment among teachers. C. Assist the members in times of disasters. FACULTY CLUB D. Promote unity and cooperation among the members toward the attainment of its objectives. E. To help promote the development of a free and efficient work force with common interest and with reasonable degree of condition.
