Introduction
Objectives:
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of ICT programs and projects in the
school to ensure that these projects meet the development objective through the
cooperation and collaboration among stakeholders and implementers.
• Ensure the utilization of ICT for teaching, learning and self-assessment.
• Ensure the integration of ICT in teaching and learning process.
• Use ICT for effective and appropriate communication of teachers, learners, and
stakeholders.
• Manage technology infrastructure and operation of ICT–based system.
Major Outputs:
• School-based ICT systems.
• Implemented DepEd ICT programs and projects for school;
• ICT integration in teaching and learning;
• Capacitated teachers and learners utilizing ICT;
• Technical assistance for teachers in the integration of ICT in teaching – learning
process;
• Identified ICT needs or requirements in school.
• M&E systems and tool on ICT
• DepEd ICT policies and standards were localized and implemented in school;
• Recommended solutions in addressing ICT needs or requirements; and
• Secured ICT equipment’s.
CURRENT SITUATION:
ACTION AREAS
The purpose of this section is to define action areas, goals, strategies and
timelines to guide the school efforts to implement the 2022-2024 ICT4E strategic
plans.
Each action area is accompanied with different strategies, timeline and the
person identified as the strategy to lead. Every area provides a structure for defining
process, workflow planning and monitoring progress.
Network Infrastructure
Goal The school will support enhance teaching and learning by
