Stated hereunder are the terms and conditions of our contract for legal services regarding your

1. That, we shall represent you before the proper Court or agency in relation to the above
stated cases, including the preparation of the necessary pleadings thereto appertaining;

2. That, our office shall confer with you or your authorized representative on a periodic and
regular basis, and keep you informed of the development/s of the proceeding before the

3. That for and in the consideration of the above-mentioned legal services we shall be

ACTUAL INCIDENTAL COSTS such as, but not limited to Transcript of Stenographic
Notes, court docket fees, postage, supplies, long distance call charges, photocopies or
reproduction of pleadings, facsimile communications, transportation expenses etc. shall
be for your own account;
VAT NOT INCLUDED

4. Excluded in this engagement are actions on appeal before any Apellate Court or Tribunal.
