Each type of metal and timber is strictly checked at each stage of its
transformation to final assembly.

• Cast aluminium surfaces can be cleaned as needed using a soft cloth or brush
with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Although,
when exposed to the elements, aluminium will develop a microscopic layer of
oxide on its exterior. Cast aluminium is known to be very robust and durable.
Over time though, the shine will fade from over-exposure to the sun and rain,

• The nature of the wood (even if treated and adequately dried) may cause

• For aesthetic and functional reasons Veco Urban Design recommends regular
maintenance of wooden surfaces. In the case when the products need to be
painted partially or completely follow the steps below:
1. Sanding to remove surface dust, dirt and any old paint
2. Proceed to the drafting of a good water-based paint for wood with
brush or spray
3. The product must finally be left to dry (usually a time varying between
2 and 12 hours, depending on the amount and mode of application
and climatic conditions).

• In the case when the products are needing to be varnishing and that need a
touch up, follow the steps below:
1. Simply proceed to lightly sand the surface to remove deposits of dirt
2. Apply a new layer of varnish.
• It is beneficial to proceed with the renewal of the varnishing process when you
notice that the layer of the previous treatment has lost consistency and is
disappearing.

General requirements applicable to all products in any material

• After delivery of the goods, If you do not place and/or install them in a
few days, you must take the products out of plastic (nylon) packaging to
let ventilation and prevent the formation of condensation that can
irreparably damage the product. Besides this, the packaging must be
removed immediately if the goods are kept under the sunlight.
• The tolerance value of dimensions of all products is ± 1 cm.
• Because of all modification which are made by buyer the products are
out of warranty
