Type:

Shippable: If your product is provided on CD or DVD or is over the allowable Digital upload size select
this option.

Digital: If your product can be provided in 5 ZIP files under 100 MB's each select this option.

Resources:

Complete listing of all resources used in the creation of the product. Use complete product/resource
names.

Price:

This is the retail price of your product entered in US dollars. Do not use the "$" dollar sign symbol when
entering your price. The minimum price for a 1-zip product is $5.00, 2-zips is $7.50 and a 3-zip product is
a $10.00 minimum price. Please refer to the Pricing Guidelines as a full outline of pricing minimums for
products.

Exclusive?

If your product is offered only through Renderosity select this option. This choice requires that the
product remain active and Exclusive to Renderosity for a minimum of 60 days after it is released into the
marketplace/active. If any part of your product is available anywhere else, it is NOT considered Exclusive
at Renderosity.

Store Staff Bundle?

Do you consent to have your product included in Store Staff Bundles created by marketplace staff where
you product could be up to 50% off for a short period of time?

Clearance/Opt out of Clearance

If your wish to exclude your item from entering the Clearance Department for 35% off, (this is done if
your product has 90 continuous days in which there are no sales on it), select YES for this option. Your
product will not be put into Clearance, but will be deleted completely from the Marketplace.

Product Syndication:

Club Item? This Option is to place your product in Prime Club at the time of uploading the product.
Price must be 40% - 50% off/less than the regular price. You can have up to 2 prime items per month.
Prime items must be separated by a regular product release and be at least 15 days from each other.
Systems: If your product only works on specific operating systems list them here.

Software: Please list what software your product will work in such as Poser (and version number), Daz
Studio (and version number), Vue or other types.

Base Figures: Please list base figures required to use your product such as Victoria 4, Michael 4, etc.

Themes: Select themes such as fantasy, gothic, nature, historical, etc.

Renderosity Required Products: If your product is an add-on for an already existing base model in our
marketplace please be sure to add that product to your Renderosity Required Products area. To do so,
select vendor and then the product name.

Other Required Products: If your products requires a base model that is not in the Renderosity
Marketplace please type it out here.

Primary Vendor:

The Primary vendor's name should be displayed here. The percentage displayed is the percentage of
your cut that you wish to receive. All vendors receive a 50% cut from product sales.

Vendor 2/Vendor3:

If you have one or more partners you can add their Renderosity member names in these fields.

Set the percentage to the amount of the cut they would receive of the 50% total.

Departments:

Select up to 4 Departments that your product would fit into for listing. Please be sure you use the proper
departments.

Product Readme:

Upload your product's ReadMe.txt file. This file will be accessible by potential customers when viewing
your products promotional information.

Personal email address are not allowed in the ReadMe file. Your contact through Renderosity Site Mail
is.

Links to outside stores, or websites with some form of a brokerage are not allowed in the product
ReadMe.

Thumbnail 300 x 350:

This image will be the first thing a customer sees when browsing the Marketplace. Try to make it appeal
to the potential customer's eye. Format of .jpg is recommended and it must be 300 x 350 in size and less
than 50 kb in weight. No nudity is allowed in any product thumbnail. Please refer to the nudity
guidelines at http://www.renderosity.com/news.php?viewStory=13759

Promo Image 300 X 600:

Promotional image to be used on the front page. And sidebar when sponsored ads are purchased.

1600 wide x 900 tall. 16:9 which is used on Homepage Featured and New Releases areas. Also used on
Marketplace Home Page and other promotional areas.

800 wide by 1000 tall or 4:5 used across site for promotional purposes. On Home Page, Logged in page
and Gallery areas.

900 wide by 900 tall 1:1 image. Used sitewide for promotional purposes.

Full Size up to 1600 x 1600:

This image will be displayed when the customer is viewing your product's promotional information. This
is recommended to be .jpg format with a MAX pixel size of 1600 wide x 1600 high.

Lightbox Images: Additional promotional image places. MAX size of 1600 x 1600 for full size images,
thumbnails must be 214 x 214 and contain no nudity. If you do not provide thumbnail images the
system will create those for you.

The first 3 are REQUIRED images. The last 9 are optional for you to use. Required slots: Thumb and
Image 2, 3 & 4. Optional image: 5 - 12.

Standard Description: *REQUIRED*

This is the Description your customers will see on the main promotional page. This is to be a detailed
description of what is included in your package. What morphs are included if it is clothing, and a listing
of how many pieces are included. How many textures/sets of textures are included if it is a texture add-
on package. A complete listing of options and makeup options if it is a character package, and what
morphs or characters are required to use it. How many background images and their size and dpi per
image if backgrounds? etc. These are just examples. You can also include a direct link to any required
products in this area.

Promo Credits: List all products you have purchased and used in the making of the promotional images
you are uploading.

Vendor Editorial-optional:

This area is NOT required. If you are using HTML code in your Long Description do not check this box.
This is the area that will show up under the Vendor Editorial Tab in the promotional page.

Search Keywords:

Listing of words related to your product for search engine findings. Select up to 5 Search Keywords.

Product Kitting up to 12 products:

Remember to check the List my products only if you would like to list only your products in the kitting
area as this speeds the process up for you.

Now you must Check Agree to Terms? And then Create and Continue. (Please be sure you have read
and agreed to all information included in the Selling Wiki as you are signing a contract for brokering your
product when hitting the Create & Continue button.

Add Product File Screen:

Product File: Browse to where your product's zip file is located on your computer. File must be 100 mb.
in size or smaller. You will have 5 slots available to you. With a 6th slot available for the required product
templates files. If your product is a new model, you are required to upload a separate Templates zip file
for it.

Sort Order: If you are uploading more than 1 zip you can specify in what order you would like for those
to appear for downloading by your customers by simply dragging and dropping the files in the correct
order.

Upload: Select this after you have used the browse button to point to your product zip file. If you have
more than one zip file, continue to do the previous steps for all files.

Finish: When you have uploaded your Zip/SIT file(s) select this. Your product will now be sent to the
Renderosity Review Queue where it will be checked for completion of all items above.
