AUTHORITY TO SELL

         THIS IS TO AUTHORIZE GENIFEL A.PAGULAYAN and VIOLETA LUCES of legal age, a resident of
CAPITOL PARKHOMES 2, CALOOCAN CITY, to do and perform any and all of the following acts:
 
TO SELL my property located at LOT 6 KAONG STREET, AMPARO SUBDIVISION CALOOCAN CITY,
more particularly described as follows:
 
Lot Area: 769 SQUARE METERS
Floor area: 85.58 SQUARE METERS
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-105337
Selling Price: SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 7,690,000)

 
        That authorized agents name above shall receive a commission fee equivalent to FIVE (5%) PERCENT
of the total selling price as stipulated in the Deed of Sale or Contract to Sell, payable upon the execution of
the instrument. CAPITAL GAIN TAX is on account of SELLER. Transfer title and notarial fees are on
account of BUYER.
 
        This exclusive authority shall valid until SOLD.
