Deed of Absolute Sale: This Instrument Executed and Entered Into by End Between
SPS DANILO D. AGUILAR and PERLINDA D. AGUILAR, Filipino, of legal age, and a
resident of Sta. Monica Homes, Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan, herein after known as the VENDOR/S
and –
ERLINDA Q. DOMINGO, single, Filipino of legal age,and a resident of Sta. Monica Subd.
Camaya Mariveles Bataan herein after called the VENDEE
WITNESSETH
The VENDOR/S sells, conveys and transfer into the VENDEE the described parcel of land which
is more specifically described as:
That for and in consideration of the total sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 200,000)
PESOS ONLY acknowledged to have been received by the VENDOR/S , SPS DANILO D. AGUILAR
and PERLINDA D. AGUILAR from the VENDEE, ERLINDA Q. DOMINGO in full satisfaction of
these presence, the VENDOR/S hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his heirs,
successors in interest title to the above described property.
That the Vendor/s warrants that the said house and lot is free from any liens of encumbrances and further
warrants to defend his title against any claim whatsoever.

This instrument refers to the DEED OF SALE, Consisting of two (2) pages, including the page
in which the acknowledgement is written, duly signed by the parties together with their instrument
witnesses in each and every page hereof.
