This document contains an OLP rating matrix form used by the Bureau of Fire Protection to evaluate the outputs, quality, and timeliness of Regional Directors, Provincial Fire Marshals/District Fire Marshals, and City/Municipal Fire Marshals in three areas: 1) developing comprehensive fire protection plans, 2) organizing community fire auxiliary groups, and 3) implementing fire prevention interventions in highly and moderately vulnerable zones. Performance is rated on a 5 to 1 scale across the criteria of outputs, quality, and timeliness to assess achievement of targeted outcomes within specified time frames.
