Imagine that you have been selected as a management consultant of a well-established business
oriented organization of your choice (medium or large scale). The management of the selected
organization requires you to study the current people management practices followed by the
company and provide a comprehensive report complying (4500 words) with future
recommendations to improve people management in order to achieve organizational purposes.
