GIST OF PRAYERS

a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to declare that the

plaintiff is a guardian of her husband, Dharmendra

Surendra Khilnani;

b) this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to declare that the

Plaintiff is entitled to manage the movable and

immovable properties of the Defendant , Dharmendra

Surendra Khilnani;

c) this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the

plaintiff to sell and/or dispose-off 75% share of the

Defendant in a Flat situated on the piece of Flat No. B-

103, on the 1st Floor, Prakash Nagar Co-operative

Housing Society Ltd. Situated at Mogul Lane, Mahim

(W), Mumbai- 400016 admeasuring 450 Sq. Ft. carpet

area, bearing final Plot No. 255, TPS –III of Mahim

Division along with the Plaintiff’s 25% share therein.

d) this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the

present plaintiff to operate the Bank Account and Bank

Transaction which are in the name of Plaintiff’s

husband.

e) interim and ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause

(a) to (d) above be granted;

f) any other just and equitable order as this Hon'ble Court

deems fit in the interest of justice be passed;

g) any such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble court

may deem fit and proper under the circumstance of the

case.

h) for costs.
