influence by your circle of influence.
2. Before, I thought that optimistic and pessimistic is a value but these two are classified as
basic personality of a person.
3. Human behavior always exist in every day basis. Without this, you’ll be lifeless.
4. This is really significant since you can’t please everyone but learning this module you will
have an idea on how to deal with diversity.
5. By simply reading the introduction, you can easily adjust to those people who are
aggravated and irate persons.
6. Human behavior can often rely on our cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.
7. With education and real-life experiences, the value of human behavior will change from
time to time.

9. Organizational Behavior concur on individual’s behavior towards the stimuli.
10. It’s essential to maintain a positive behavior with others for us to have a healthy and

Administration?
2. Do human behavior and organizational behavior differs from each other?
3. What would be the possible outcomes if we learn this topic?
REFLECTION: Express your personal thoughts and feelings or reactions to any ideas or topics
in this topic
Human behavior plays a vital role in becoming an effective and efficient professionals.
It’s a must for all us to learn and understand this deeply as this equipped us on how to deal the
attitudes and personalities of human. Like they said, we are unique and different from each
other. Some of us might like you for who you are but some don’t. We aren’t shapes as they
same as other. Hence, it’s essential for us to have knowledge on human behavior.
Honestly, it fascinates me while I was reading the introduction of Human Behavior. As
make up artist, I meet a bunch of people to beautify and doll up them. However, that’s not just
my job because I’ll also need to jive with their personalities. I always need to predict their
behavior since we’re not leaving in the same roof. For them to feel welcome, I need to adapt
and adjust quickly so that I can maintain a positive atmosphere. Additionally, I’ll also need to let
them feel that they’re well taking care off with my brand. Anyone can be proficient but not all
can be kinder.
Thus being said, I’m immensely grateful to this module since I was able to distinguish
the significance of human behavior. With the knowledge on my belt, I can easily predict
someone’s behavior and through this I can make my client feel comfortable and home.
ACTIVITY 2: Argumentative Writing
“Do Successful Organizations Put People First?”
Personally, I strongly believed that successful organization put the people first simply because
an organization can’t stand alone without it’s people. Organization should often see the
people’s strength and weakness. Just like a tree, it cannot live without its grass. Same goes to
the organization, they need to put it in the cynosure since the people shed light to the
organization. You as a leader will become more effective by understanding who your people
are, what they need and what support they require from you. Additionally, it gives them a value
of reinforcement and boosts engagement. They can really feel that you’re on their shoes and
they can exhibit greater levels of loyalty. With that, everything else falls into place. Your people
will be happy to show up and contribute as much as they can every day. They'll love working for
your organization and those positive feelings will transfer over to organization.
ACTIVITY 3: Compare and Contrast each of the five models of organizational behavior and give

1. How does cultural upbringing influence a member of the
organization?
Our timeless culture spells values and tradition that we simply
need to follow. It often influence us since our culture exist
before our existence. Our cultural background gives us the
sense of who we are. The unique cultural influences by this
respond to from birth, including customs and beliefs around
food, artistic expression, language, and religion, affect the way

solidifies our whole being.
2. Describe two situations where you experience prejudice in
your school
I can still vividly remember when I was in 2nd year the taunt and
mock of my schoolmate to my fellow classmates who are from
the highlands. He uttered profane words that hurt my
classmates emotionally. It makes me sad since I saw how
devastated they are and knowing that we haven’t do anything
to make this person angry. I hope this gives us a lesson to be
kind to anyone. Like they said, it takes 0 cent to be kind.
3. How did you overcome this situation?
Despite the discrimination that they experienced, I’ve learned
that the best way to deal with verbose people is retort them
with silence. Silence can always be the best revenge and no
other than that. Also, we shouldn’t add fuel to a fire. In that
way, chaos will be avoided
4. As a student, what will you do to discourage prejudice and
discrimination. Kindly create an activity for this purpose.
The best way to discourage prejudice and discrimination is to
never entertain negativity. We should not complicate things
because that adds stress and anxiety. Especially now that
COVID-19 is existing, we can’t tolerate these toxicity. Let’s focus
on the brighter and positive side.

1. When can you say that the organization is in social equilibrium?
You can definitely say that the organization is in social equilibrium
when its interdependent parts are in dynamic working balance.
Despite constant change and movement in every organization,
the system’s working balance can still be retained.

2. What is an open system?

An open system is a system that has flows of information, energy,
and/or matter between the system and its environment, and
which adapts to the exchange. Also, regularly exchanges feedback
with its external environment. Open systems are systems, of
course, so inputs, processes, outputs, goals, assessment and
evaluation, and learning are all important.

3. Differentiate Psychological Contract and Economic Contract.

Which is preferred by an organization. Explain
Psychological Contract and Economic Contract differs from each
other because Psychological Contract refers to the condition of
each employee’s psychological involvement. On the other hand,
Economic Contract refers to where time, talent, energy are
exchanged for wages, hours reasonable working condition. I think
the organization preferred the Psychological Contract because
both the organization and the employees work together to
remain positively attracted to the relationship.

can be work or job related, family related or can be because of your
studies, poor health, financial problems etc. At times the death of a
