Interview Do's and Don'ts I Instructions For Candidates
Dear Candidates,
Please note that you have been shortlisted for the GenC/GenC Elevate interview and will
receive the communication on interview slot details shortly.
Do’s
• Join at least 5 mins prior to the scheduled time to check the link and connectivity
• Join ONLY via laptop / desktop (attending from mobile phone is prohibited)
• Do a Test Live Demo to check the compatibility of your laptop / desktop configuration
(processor/RAM) with the interview platform
• Ensure a stable internet connection throughout the interview (at least 2 Mbps speed)
• Use ONLY Chrome browser for better user experience
• Disable Popup blocker in the Chrome browser
• Check if your audio & video works properly prior to joining the interview window
• Provide required permissions to your Microphone & Camera in your browser as soon as you
log in to the interview platform
• Have a soft copy of College ID or Mark sheet with Photo in your system to share it during
the interview (hard copies are also acceptable)
• Attend the interview from a noise-free background
• Adhere to interview dress code business formals or smart business casuals
Don’ts
• Switch the tab on your device once you are in the interview window
• Ask the interviewer about the outcome of the interview / project details
• Ask personal questions
• Use regional language for communication during the interview
Note:
If you wish to bring to our attention any concerns, excluding technical/platform issues during
interview, you may do so by raising a query through Campus to Cognizant (alias C2C) portal
as below:
