R: Thank you sir/ma’am. Im happy to inform you that suite room is still avilable for you. our executive
room are fully airconditioned with king size bed, hot and cold shower with kitchenette and other
facilities . The room rate is Php 8, 000.00 only per night including breakfast and tax. Would you like to
take it sir?
G: Yes
R: Yes sir, for you have a guaranteed reservation there is 50% deposit requirement. How would you like
to settle your bill through money transfer, credit card or cash basis?
G: I settle it by credit card
R: yes sir can I have your credit card no.

R: Than you sir. To complete you reservation can I have your address and contact no.?
