Staff: Hello. Good Morning! Aqua hotel, This is Darlyn Dala speaking. Can I help you?

Costumer: Good Morning. I want to book a room

Staff: Yes sir , may I know what room type would you like?

Costumer: I like one suite room, please?!

Staff: What are the date or your stay, sir?

Costumer: I will stay on Oct 15.

Staff: Alright sir. Who is speaking please?

Costumer: Clint Buar from Dream high Company

Staff: Could you spell the last name sir?

Costumer: Yes, B,U,A,R

Staff: Okay, just a moment Mr. Buar . I will check the available rooms on the date.

Costumer: Yes, please.

Staff: Okay, you are very lucky sir, because one suite room still available for you. You will get room with
private balcony and other facilities. The room rate is P6,000.00 including breakfast and tax. Would you
like to take it sir?

Costumer: Okay, I will take it

Staff: Okay, there is 20% deposit requirement Mr. Buar

Costumer: How may I transfer the payment?

Staff: Oh yes, please transfer into our account. It is 118 685 118 00. BPI Bank and account name is Aqua
hotel

Costumer: Okay, thank u for your information ma'am

Staff: Okay, May I repeat your request Mr. Buar.

Costumer: Yes please!?

Staff: Yes, Mr. Buar. You would like one suite room, and the rate is P6,000.00 including breakfast and tax.
You will get check in on 15th Oct. You will pay the cost by transfer would you like anything else?

Costumer: No, I think that’s enough
