PERFORMANCE TASK
General Guidelines:
1. Identify which entrepreneurial habits you currently possess/practice. Give actual scenarios of how
you demonstrated each habit in your daily life.
2. Devise an action plan to acquire and practice all entrepreneurial habits.
3. Using 05 Journal 1, create a journal (starting on Week 6 to Week 18) detailing your conscious
effort to practice each habit.
Entrepreneurial Habits (20 points)
I practice the entrepreneurial habits Focus on the causes, not effects, of confidence and success. I
practice this habit by thinking positive because when you think negatively, stop and evaluate what is
causing those feelings. We all know that not everything is easy but you can’t give up before you even
begin. Tell yourself that you can do this instead of thinking situations that is hopeless. Second is take
action, accept all the challenges when you are presented with opportunities. Don’t worry about
making mistakes or you lack the skills to complete the task. Last is acknowledge our success because
experiencing success is essential to building confidence. Identify our accomplishments whether they
are big or small.
The action plan that I do by practicing the Focus on the causes, not effects, of confidence and
success is determining my beliefs surrounding the areas where I lack of self-confidence example
sticking with the public speaking perhaps I am worried if I say something embarrassing or that my
voice isn’t pleasant because if you are uncomfortable in social settings maybe you think that you’re
not interesting enough and we all know that if we have lack of confidence in ourselves its hard to try
new things or grow as a person.
