- Check and inspect input suplay electricity from hospital OK
- Check and inspect grounding from hospital not good
- Check and inspect all fuse from ultrasound OK
- Check and inspect all transducer probe OK
- Check and inspect keypad and rotary knop from ultrasound OK
- Trun on unit and check functional probe from ultrasound,results 2D artefact all probe
- Check and inspect results color dopler from all probe ultrasound OK
- Trun off unit and check all main board from ultrasound,suspect mainboard EP5574 & EP5575 Demaged
- Rrepaired main board EP5574 and EP5575
- Reinstall main board EP5574 and EP5575,trun on unit ultrasound and check result
- Trun on unit and check functional probe from ultrasound,results 2D artefact all probe
