Greetings of peace!

Our school is one of the billeting quarters of the upcoming Caraga Regional Athletic Meet 2020 this
coming first week of March 2020. Because of this we are busy preparing our school beautification and
school improvement plan so that we are ready enough to cater visitors from Surigao del Norte Delegates to
come and stay on the said day and beyond.

As partners in the development and improvement of the institution that we are serving of specifically the Del
Carmen National High School of the Department of Education of Siargao Division, we are always rely on
the support given by the good hands of the people in the government service like you and even in private
sectors as well.

With this, we humbly ask your good office to allow us to use the partial amount of Special Education Fund
(SEF) for C.Y. 2020. Furthermore, we are also asking your favorable approval to use the SEF subsidy
amounting to twenty thousand pesos (P20, 000.00) for the upcoming CRAM 2020. Since, then our school
cannot provide enough money to expense the demand for the improvement and beautification costs. To wit:
a) perimeter fence of the school boundary
b) ground improvement;
c) repainting and classroom beautification;
d) landscaping and gardening
e) pathways construction
f) others.

It is with great hope that this correspondence will be given your meritorious approval.
