I. OBJECTIVES  To deliver the State of the barangay Address (SOBA)
 To inform the Barangay Constituents of the financial
status. Accomplishments, on-going and Plans and
program, Projects and activities of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan
 Committee report of the Barangay Kagawad
 Enacted Barangay Ordinance
II. HIGHLIGTHS 1. PRELIMINARIES
OF THE
ACTIVITY  The Activity commenced at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon
started with an invocation led by Pastor Jameboy
Dalumatan followed by the singing of Philippine National
Anthem led by Aila Masday thru multi-media
 The Master of Ceremony, Arlene Tamulon acknowledge
the Barangay Local Officials:

5. Conduct Monthly Session twice a month
6. Maintenance Cleanliness, grass cutting of Barangay
perimeter

b. EDUCATION

 ISKOLAR NG BARANGAY BLAAN - Ten (10) College

student receive five Thousand (5,000.00) per semester

c. HEALTH AND NUTRITION

 Aside from the regular programs implemented daily in

the barangay health and nutrition Center (like NTP,
vaccination, pre and post natal check up, Family health
class, operation timbang, etc.)

2. Medical Mission

C, PEACE AND ORDER

1. Barangay Tanods and BAGANI are

conducting rotational duty specially in the
night time.
2. Maintaining Peace and order policy

D. DISASTER PREPARENES

1. Involved the Barangay Quick Response Team

(BQRT) in first aid training
2. Planting of bamboo in river bunk
3. Maintenance of the Rescue Vehicle

ENVIRONMENT

1. Conduct monthly clean-up drive along street

and highway participated by the youth 4p's'
2. Monthly collection of solid waste with "no
segregation no collection" policy
3. Organized the MRF facility

ACCOMPLISHMENT

Punong Barangay Sweetly Mae B. Galang-

Laguerder summarized and presented to the Barangay
Assembly Members the 2022 2nd semester
Accomplishment and Committee reports and highlighted
some programs and activities of the barangay.

1. Construction of sitio Hall of Datal Lutay.

2. Construction of sitio hall of Samlang.
3. Construction of Eleven (11) span barangay hall
perimeter fence.

The Committee on Education Chairman Kagawad Jovencio

bag reported the committee plans and program for 2022

and next fiscal year project for the continues construction
by per span of School fence.

The committee on Peace & Order Ricardo Maligon he

encourage the barangay constituent to be more vigilant to
their respective Purok/sitios. Report the activities related to
illegal drugs in their respective area of jurisdiction.

Kagawad Freddie M. Buan, Chairman on Agriculture report

the authored Ordinance “The Anti-Astray Animal Ordinance
of Barangay Blaan.

For the Committee on Health and Sanitation Chairman

kagawad Ronito Fiang reported the Authored Ordinance
No. 2022-003 Ecological Solid Waste Management System
including the proper segregation of waste disposal.

This was followed by Kagawad Eric Malayon who reported

on the various infrastructure projects. as committee
chairman on infrastructure, he deliberated on the projects in
which the recipients will the Two (2) different puroks in the
barangay.

Next is the report of the committee on Finance Hon

Kagawad Lauro Poblador reported the National Tax
ALLOTMENT (NTA) in next fiscal year is decrease.

The committee on General Services Cerene Masalon

reported the animal bite incident in the barangay, he said
this is very alarming, we have four (4) reported cases this
year 2022.

He added, ang mga pamilya nga may ara membro nga

nagsakit indi na hulaton maggrabi ang pasyinti bag-o kita
madalagan mangayo bulig, dugang niya may ara kita
health center diri sa barangay kadto kamo kag
magpacheck-up.

IPMR Leo San reported his Authored Barangay Ordinance

Which is the Ordinance 2020-002
And Ordinance to Correct the Spelling of Blaan with
apostrophe to Blaan without apostrophe.

The Committee on Youth and Sports development headed

by the SK Chairman Glenory S. Dala, reported the itemized
disbursement of the SK fund for the Program and Activities
of the Sangguniang Kabataan.
