A. What are your reactions on the community health programs seen in the video?

The video I saw talks about the Heath Care at the Philippines focusing more on VPHCS,
the healthcare team in Visayas further elaborated how their system works and what are
the programs they have for the people. It is indeed undeniable that the health of the
people in a certain community is at risks or vulnerable to illnesses if the healthcare team
or the heads assigned are not effective or not working effectively to make the whole
community free from unnecessary diseases. There are also certain organizations inside
the community that has the goals of maintaining peace, unity and health of the people
that collaborates with organizations outside the community, for example when a specific
barangay needed Community doctors and nurses to have or conduct a health teaching for
a certain situations, the provincial health organization will be sending help to that
barangay. That's how their system works. Everyone is giving their best to serve the
people despite of the lackings and defects their resources are. The community health
programs can be seen as an improving aspect because they are coping and trying to use
new ways and things to serve the comnunity. There are also new learnings and skills that
can be learn and be implemented by both the healthcare providers and the people to
surpass a specific problem. As a future healthcare provider, I am much more willing to
work with people with the same goals and aims to maintain the health of the people,
making them more healthy, not sick, stable and knowledgeable enough to handle
situation.
