LGU-Oroquieta City Financial Assistance Fund, Calendar Year 2022, for the repair
and maintenance of School Building.

IV. Rationale:

School Perimeter Fence is one of the most significant school physical


facilities to be given much attention. Generally, it provides security for the
learners, teachers, parents, and visitors. Moreover, this project will also
provide defense against stray animals like street dogs, cats, and the like
which could disrupt the school operation and systems.

Hence, school fence is considered as one of the vital needs to be


addressed for the general welfare of the school community. With this matter,
the school aims to continue the construction of the school fence to give
access for safety and to ensure protection of our clientele specially that the
school will implement the face-to-face classes for School Year 2022-2023.

Objective:
Create a physical environment that enhances learners, teachers, and
visitors’ safety and protection.

The implementation of the Construction of School Perimeter Fence
