3. Lifting certificates for any containers, equipment, wire rope slings, shackles, etc.
4. MPI certificates for any equipment/ for welding areas.
5. Wall thickness certificates for any tanks.
6. Pressure test certificates for any high pressure lines.
7. Hydrostatic pressure test certificates for any cylinders.
8. Gauges calibration certificates for any gauges or PRV. Standard DS-1
9. Zone II certificates for any equipment required Zone II certificate. WFT Specification
10. COC’s. Standard DS-1;

Magnet 11. Treating Iron Certificates. DNV 2-7.1;
12. Mechanical Property Testing Report. API 510;
13. Maintenance reports. API Q1/Q2 Spec.
14. Assembly requirements record reviwe (replaced O-rings and soft seals prior to reassembly).
15. Connections Makeup (make up the midbody connectons using the torque values).
16. Serial or Part number verification.
17. Shock testing report review or witnessing (what applicable).
18. Photograph and document the as-received condition of tools.

For this operation:


• JEL has assigned BV to conduct the QA/QC inspection.
• The inspection will be carried out at WFT facility.
• WFT should provide to BV QAQC inspector all requested information.

• All field personnel must be vaccinated with a government-approved UAE vaccine.
• PCR test result issued within 48 hours of the site visit.
• Use personal protection: mask, gloves, sanitizer

At rig site / site:


• Wear the required PPE
• Wear fall protection when working at height
• Do not walk under suspeded loads
• Do not run. Walk and use available handrail
