Method Statement for Chilled Water Expansion Tank

- Skylift provided by main contractor for survey and marking.


- Survey reference line should provide by main contractor.
- Survey and marking of the holding down bolts position.
- Check all the marking of the bolts position with refer to construction drawings before drilling.
- Upon checking, drilling with M22 drill bit.
- Upon complete all drilling, clean all the hole before insert Chemical Adhesive.

- Insert all the M20 rod and chemical adhesive, installation of structure will only carry on for the next
day upon awaiting for curing.
- 7 tons mobile crane are using for hoisting of structure
- Structure are pre-fabricated in factory and transport to site before erection
- Hoist the pre-fabricate arms are as shown to the relevant position with pre-plated holding down bolts.

- and repeat to complete all the 4 arms installation


- Follow by install the front member RHS 100 x 150 x 4.5 mm thk x 2,000 mm
as shown.

- Lastly hoist the pre-fabricated platform and chequered plate.

- Welding works to carry out to weld all joints.


- Upon complete welding works, follow by painting touch up to the welding area to complete the installation
works.
