company, “Hot Beans” as a junior web developer. You
have been commissioned as part of your role to create a
new section for Tresham College to help promote

create a variety of different assets to be implemented on

Task Planning stage- you need to complete the following planning

A project brief detailing the specific requirements of the client
and the success criteria for the digital graphics and animations
(in reference to their intended uses). This will include the
following:
• An outline of all the timescales needed for the project and
the completion date.
• Chosen mathematical and computational processes for
creating the images and animations
• Consideration of different possible solutions and processes
that could be used (e.g. 2D, 3D, compression rates, file
formats etc)
• Source logs
• Moodboards
• Colour pallets including hex values
• Design sketches (minimum of 3 for each image)
• Storyboards (minimum of 2)
• A list of resources required software and hardware
• Record of all communications with your peers and client.
You should gather feedback from others, including the client,
the lead developer, and potential users) to inform the design
and development process with reference to the identified
requirements. You will need to justify your designs. Ensure you
keep a record and copy of all communications.
Review your designs
Based on the feedback you receive, choose one design/style
and update your final design, showing how the digital graphics
