CERTIFICATE OF REDEMPTION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, on the year 2013, Rogelio Laid known as Mortgagor


and Marlon C. Onzaga known as Mortgagee, executed an agreement
known as “Kasabutan” sa Pagprenda sa Lupa nga anaa sa Titulo Lot No.
3104-E, in the amount of Ninety Thousand Pesos (P90,000.00);

WHEREAS, the mortgage agreement was not notarized and it is


executed in Visayan Dialect which does not conform with the standard of
making documents

WHEREAS, the amount used to redeem the property from Marlon C.


Onzaga come from Nelson E. Laid on condition that after the property has
been redeem, his brothers and sisters will execute an waiver for whatever
interest they have on this property redeem from him;

WHEREAS, such waiver will be including in this instrument of


redemption, and to give validity to this instrument the brothers and sisters
of Nelson E. Laid will affix their signature in this document as an agreement
for waiver in favor of their brother Nelson E. Laid;

WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, the undersigned


purchaser hereby executes this Certificate of Redemption and hereby
restores the mortgagor to his full ownership of the above mentioned
property.
