Since you will want to get a useful insight into your personality style, please be as honest as possible.

Once the Personality Style Evaluation has been completed, add up the score and plot it into the four
boxes marked D, I, O and S. As there are 18 questionsm the total score should add up to 18.
Since there are 9 questions with D or I options and also 9 questions with O or S options, then the
D and I score should add up to 9, and O and S should also add up to 9.

What do the letters D, I, O and S represent?


D = Direct
I = Indirect
O = Open
S = Self-Contained

How to figure out the personality style?

There are two dominant traits:-
D S

That would make the person a Dominance/ Controller.
But there is also a certain degree of openness; it is the next highest tendency.
D O

Hence, to an extent, the candidate is also a Influencer/ Performer.

Conclusion: The candidate would be a Dominance/ Influencer, with emphasis on Dominance.

If the personality style preferences is listed in order of predominance, the profile would be:-
1 Dominance/ Controller = (D = 9 / S = 6)
2 Influencer/ Performer = (D = 9 / O = 3)
3 Steady/ Counselor = ( 0 = 3 / I = 0 )
And even less of a Counsellor.
4 Conscientious/ Engineer = (S = 6 / I = 0)
Because the Indirect component is 0, hence not an Engineer
