I am directed to invite your attention to the references cited and to
inform that Government after careful examination hereby accord
File No.ENE01-APSP/8/2022-OP

permission for providing employment to minor/under-aged and over-aged


dependents of deceased employees in the AP DISCOMs on compassionate
grounds as a Special Case on One Time basis.

2 I am directed to further inform that the all cases shall be


placed before the HR Committee constituted under the chairmanship of
the Joint Managing Director(HR), APTRANSCO, examine the cases with
relevant rules of Compassionate appointments by taking into
consideration of eligibility criteria and issue appointment orders duly
conducting Proficiency test related to the nature of work without any
deviations. Any deviation will be viewed seriously and liable for criminal
action against responsible Officers.

3. This order issues with the approval of the competent authority.
