MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

ACCUSED, Raymund Sobiono Resumadero, Jerasmo Rible Nique and


Romel Rivilla Gerbabuena, through counsel, to this Honorable Court, respectfully
moves for the reduction of the bail and avers, that:

1. This Honorable Court fixed the bond to secure the temporary liberty of the
accused at THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP30,000.00) each;

2. The accused desires to post bail but cannot afford the amount fixed by this
Honorable Court considering that they are indigent. A copy of their
respective Certification of Indigency is hereto attached and made an
integral part of this motion;

3. The accused prays that this Honorable Court will favorably grant this motion
and their respective bail bond be reduced to one half or from P30, 000.00 to
P15, 000.00 or lower for the above-mentioned case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the bail bond fixed by the


Honorable Court be reduced to one half or from one half or from P30, 000.00 to
P15, 000.00 or lower.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
