INTRODUCTION
The SMEA tool contains all the data requirements relative to the school
implementation of mandated processes and school-based initiated
interventions for continuous improvement. This serves as the data collection
tool to the quarterly progress monitoring and evaluation and a facility to
establish school data bank.

SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY


To provide the school head with the necessary information and insights
on the status, progress, and results of the delivery of basic education in
schools concerning access, quality, and governance.

METHODOLOGY USED IN THE WHOLE MEA PROCESS


Collects, processes, generates, automates, and validates monitoring and
evaluation data relative to the key result areas (KRAs) contained in the Annual
Implementation Plan (AIP).

FINDINGS (DATA PRESENTATION AND DATA ANALYSIS)


Monitored and evaluated learning outcomes at the school level. SMEA
provides information as to the performance of the teachers in terms of the
delivery of basic education.

SUMMARY
Identified gaps and weaknesses in the school program and appropriate
adjustments and interventions are made.

RECOMMENDATIONS
M&E helps identify gaps and weaknesses in the Program so that timely
and appropriate adjustments and interventions are made.
