PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This PARTITION AGREEMENT made and executed by and between:

ROSITA BANAAY CAYLAN, widow, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and with residence
and postal address at Purok I, Lunzuran, Zamboanga City hereinafter referred to as the First
Party; and

JOULE REY C. SUGANO married to Dolores A. Sugano, Filipino Citizen , of legal age,
and with residence and postal address at CAsumpang Compd. San Jose Road, Zamboanga City
hereinafter referred to as the Second Party;
-WITNESSETH-
That the First Party is the registered owner of a parcel of land covered and embraced by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 129-2023000406 situated at Lunzuran , Zamboanga City, which
is more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 129-2023000406


A parcel of Land Lot 1, with Plan no. PCS-09-012810 portion of LOT 2007-A-1-A, PSD-
09-085002, LOT 2007-A-1-B, PSD-09-085002 located in Barangay of Lunzuran, City of
Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao containing an area of Six Hundred Fourteen (614) square
meters.
That the Second Party became co-owners of the above-described parcel of land by virtue
of a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF REGISTERED
LAND dated ____________________ docketed as Doc. no. ________________; Page no.___:
Book no.______: Series of _______ of Notary Public of _____________________,
Atty.____________________.

That for purpose of this partition agreement, the above-described parcel of land was
subdivided into Two (2) lots in accordance with PSD-9-092451 hereto attached and made
integral parts hereof’

That the above-named parties have agreed to terminate their existing community of
ownership and their respective shares and participation be adjudicated to them;

That the parties above-named have agreed to partition the above-described parcel of
land in the manner as follows:
Lot 1-A ,438 sq.m. to Rosita Banaay Caylan
Lot 1-B ,176 sq.m. to Joule Rey C. Sugano married to
Dolores A. Sugano
