VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT
Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) is a World Bank-assisted project which aims to
increase the access to quality health services, and economic and social inclusion programs, among poor
and vulnerable households in selected districts of Punjab. For the said purpose the project intends to
hire the services of following individuals having qualifications and experience mentioned below:

welfare or other government organization in addition to
having experience in applications software analysis,
design, and development.
• At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (sixteen years of
education) in Information Technology/ Computer
Science; or Business Administration/ Business Studies,
Deputy Director, with specialization in ITM (Information Technology
Unified Beneficiary Management), or other relevant qualification, from a
Registry (UBR) foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher
Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Public Administration, Social/ Management Sciences,
or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university,
duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission
(HEC) of Pakistan.
Program Officer • Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other
relevant certification shall be accorded due weightage.

implementation of social protection programmes or
community development projects.
• Familiarity with government structure, operations and
procedures shall be accorded due weightage.
• Applicants with working knowledge of project design
documents (concept notes, working papers, proposals
and TORs etc.) shall be given preference.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent (sixteen years of
education), in Development Studies/Business
Administration/Public Policy/Social
Sciences/Economics /Public Administration
/Engineering/MBBS/ or relevant discipline, from a
reputed university, duly recognized by the Higher
Field Officer Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
• Minimum three years of experience; after acquiring

• NOTE: Position mentioned at Sr # 01 to 04 are based in Head Office Lahore however, position
mentioned at Sr # 05 is based in field offices of the Project Districts (Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar,
Bhakkar, D.G Khan, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Lodhran, Layyah, Khushab, Rahim Yar Khan and
Rajanpur).
• Recruitment will be made on contractual basis for one (01) year initially, the contract will be extended on
satisfactory performance of the incumbent.
